Overview

The HEROLASER T700 is a 700W air-cooled laser system that handles three jobs in one machine: welding, surface cleaning, and cutting. The air-cooled design removes the need for an external water chiller, which keeps the footprint small and the setup simple.

This is the app-controlled configuration. Operating modes and settings are managed through the mobile app rather than a built-in display. The TS1-5 automatic wire feeder is included in the North American package, so filler wire capability is ready out of the box.

Performance & Functionality

Air cooling removes the chiller from the equation. Water-cooled systems need coolant maintenance, a fixed footprint, and plumbing. The T700 needs none of that, so it can be set up and moved without a project attached.

The included TS1-5 wire feeder delivers filler wire automatically during welding. That is what allows the machine to bridge gaps on imperfect joint fit-up and build up thicker material, rather than being limited to tight, perfectly prepared joints.
